1. Our Promise

At Shahdina, your satisfaction matters to us.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
We offer refunds or replacements in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

❗ For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used personal care items such as soaps or skincare products unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

3. How to Start a Return

  2. Our support team will guide you through the return or replacement process.
  3. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us at:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty or incorrect items).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
We will send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider — processing times may vary.
