1. What makes Shahdina products different?
All of our products are handcrafted in small batches using pure, natural ingredients such as plant-based oils, botanical extracts, and essential oils. We never use parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fragrances — ensuring that your skin receives gentle, eco-friendly care.
2. Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Shahdina soaps are made with hypoallergenic, natural ingredients that nourish and protect the skin without causing irritation. However, as with any skincare product, we recommend doing a small patch test before first use.
3. Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. 🐰
All Shahdina products are cruelty-free and ethically made — we never test on animals, and we only work with suppliers who share our values.
4. Do your products contain palm oil?
No — we are committed to using palm oil–free formulas. Instead, we rely on sustainable ingredients like olive oil, coconut oil, and shea butter to give our soaps a creamy, luxurious lather.
5. How long does delivery take?
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- Spain & Portugal: 5–8 business days
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and tracking information will be sent once your package is shipped.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the UK, Spain, and Portugal, but we are working to expand to more countries soon.
7. What is your return policy?
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
If your product arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.
8. How should I store my handmade soap?
To extend the life of your soap, keep it in a dry, well-drained soap dish away from standing water. Handmade soaps last longer when allowed to dry between uses.
9. Can I buy Shahdina products wholesale or in bulk?
Yes! We offer wholesale and custom gifting options for businesses, hotels, and events.
